Returns and Refunds Policy
At Glazed, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality products and a positive experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging with no defects.
- Perfume products that have been opened, tested, or used are non-returnable. We encourage you to sample products before purchasing full sizes.
- Samples are not eligible for return or refund.
- The item must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase including the order number.
To start a return, email us at management@glazedscents.co.uk. We will provide further instructions and the return address.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which must be prepaid and tracked. Glazed is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at management@glazedscents.co.uk. Include photos of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Perfume products that have been opened or used.
- Sample sizes.
- Sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about an item, contact us at management@glazedscents.co.uk before purchasing.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
