At Glazed, we strive to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for more details on how we process orders.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and your selected shipping method.

  • Domestic (UK) Shipping: We offer several shipping options for UK orders, including standard and express services.

Shipping Times

  • UK Orders: Typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
  • There are options for express delivery available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number if you paid for additional shipping or order is greater than £14. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through the carrier’s website.

Missing or Lost Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local postal service. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at management@glazedscents.co.uk. We will assist in locating your order. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or fees may be applied by your country's customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we are unable to ship to certain regions due to restrictions or delivery issues. If we are unable to process your order due to shipping limitations, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
